eCapture Studio operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or agent of any client. We reserve the right to determine the best methods for delivering our services to maintain high-quality and efficient results.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content created by eCapture Studio, including photographs, videos, and edited media, remains the exclusive property of eCapture Studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the content solely for purposes outlined in their agreement with eCapture Studio.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in each client contract. We may require upfront deposits or staged payments. Any unpaid balance may be subject to a late fee and must be settled before delivery of the final assets.

5. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our custom services, all sales are final. Once a project begins, payments are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Clients are encouraged to communicate all requirements clearly to ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.

6. Liability

eCapture Studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of our services, nor do we guarantee the safety or security of any goods provided to us for photography. We recommend clients maintain appropriate insurance coverage for any valuable goods entrusted to eCapture Studio.

7. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared between eCapture Studio and the client shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Amendments

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our Site or services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located within Los Angeles County, California.
